María lives in a small village with her husband Alex and her daughter Valentina. Her childhood was far from easy, as she lost one of the cornerstones of her life – her mother – when she was in her teens.

As a result, he had to face dramatic, mystical and sometimes very unpleasant situations, which, over time and despite the obstacles, he learnt to navigate thanks to skills he had developed – skills his mother also possessed.

She will have to make a crucial decision that will shape her life forever, for the path she has chosen will ensure the safety of her loved ones. But it will not be easy; this decision fills her with fears, uncertainty and experiences that are not always rewarding.
