Terms and Conditions of Sale

Send us the information as a PDF and we’ll prepare a printed proof including the cover (at no cost and with no obligation on your part); if everything is correct, we’ll proceed to print the full run of copies requested. If, after receiving the printed proof, you need to make any changes, that’s no problem at all – simply send us the corrected files and we’ll replace the proof.

The proof is dispatched within one working day in unbound form, provided we receive the files before 9.00 am. Final theses are normally delivered within approximately one week (4–5 working days for softcover, 5–6 days for hardcover) after the printed proof has been checked.

The price includes VAT, courier charges for both the printed sample and the delivery of the full print run, as well as printing, binding and bookmarks to match the cover.

The minimum order quantity is 4 items with the same specifications, unless it is a repeat order.

The final copy of the thesis must be sent to a single address. In exceptional circumstances, a maximum of two copies may be sent to two different destinations.

Courier delivery is free throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We are unable to deliver to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or overseas.
