How do I request a free sample?
To request a printed sample of your thesis, go to the top of our website and select the relevant options from the price calculator menu, then click on the orange “Free Sample” button
On the next page, please enter your name and email address so that we can contact you. You can also add a phone number or a comment in the relevant field if you wish.
Finish by clicking on the orange “SEND FREE SAMPLE” button. We will send you an email so that you can send us the files for your thesis, and we can then produce a printed sample.
We send a free printed sample within one working day, provided we receive the files in PDF format before 9.00 am. Once we have checked that everything is correct, we dispatch the sample the same day via CORREOS EXPRESS (express service). You will receive it the following day. For example, if you send us the PDF on a Monday before 9.00 am, by 7.00 pm on Tuesday you will have the printed sample at the address you specify. You will also need to provide a mobile phone number for delivery.
We are sending you the inside pages of the sample UNBOUND, along with two cover options: one with a matt finish and the other with a gloss finish. The sample is simply a proof to check that everything is correct and to help you decide on the cover finish.
We can only produce a printed proof; once the proof has been reviewed, any necessary changes can be made and the final files sent to us so that we can proceed with the process.
