How do I send my file?

The process we usually follow is as follows:

Please send us the file in PDF format and we will prepare a printed proof including the cover (at no cost and with no obligation on your part); if everything is correct, we will proceed to print the full order. If you wish to make any changes after receiving the printed proof, that’s no problem at all – simply resend the corrected files and we will replace the proof.

Delivery usually takes around one week (4 working days for softcover, 5–6 days for hardcover) after the proof has been checked. This will be sent to you within one working day, provided we receive the files before 9.00 am. In other words, if, for example, you send us the files on a Monday before 9.00 am, you will receive the printed proof at the address you specify on Tuesday.

If you would like me to send you a bespoke quote, please let me know the following: number of copies, number of pages, format and type of binding.

The price includes VAT, courier charges for both the printed sample and the delivery of the full batch of copies, as well as printing, binding and bookmarks to match the cover.

You can send them by email or via this page: SwissTransfer / Dropbox / Google Drive or similar if the files are large.

Please remember to include a full postal address and a contact telephone number with your files so that the sample can be sent to you. This is what the transport company has asked us to do.
