FREE DELIVERY OF FINAL THESES
All our deliveries are free of charge and are carried out by a courier service that offers parcel tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on the order and our workload. Delivery usually takes around one week (4–5 working days for softback, 5–6 days for hardback) after the proof has been approved. The proof is sent unbound within one working day, provided we receive the files before 9.00 am.
The courier will deliver your order to the address you provide within 24 hours, with an express service available until 7.00 pm.
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.
You can view detailed information about your order using the tracking number sent to your mobile phone via text message. If you do not receive this tracking number, we can provide it for you.
We deliver throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We are unable to deliver to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or overseas.
RETURNS
If the theses arrive damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. In the event of a printing error or damage caused during transit, we will replace the order at no cost to you. In any other case, the company accepts no liability.
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend providing the full postal address and a contact telephone number for the person who will be receiving the order. As these are usually large orders, we advise you to specify the final delivery address, or an address where the order can be delivered without any issues arising from the recipient’s absence.
If you notice that the boxes delivered by the courier are badly damaged, take a moment to check the contents and note any damage you spot on the delivery note.
